Finswimming Lessons in Kuala Lumpur
Train like an underwater sprinter with Aszend Swimming Academy.
Our finswimming program teaches you how to use fins and monofins to move fast, efficiently, and safely in the water – perfect for competitive swimmers, triathletes, and anyone who loves speed.
What Is Finswimming?

- Streamline your body to reduce drag
- Breathe efficiently using a snorkel (for surface finswimming)
- Control speed and distance like an underwater torpedo
Finswimming is an excellent cross-training tool for:
- Competitive pool swimmers
- Triathletes and open-water swimmers
- Freedivers and underwater sports athletes
- Fitness swimmers who want a new challenge
